This can be done in two ways; if your clients Sales or Operations software is web based (SaaS) and it has a public API, then the data can be pulled automatically from your clients software application. If your clients software is on their local machines, then your client can create a daily sales summary report, download it as a PDF and upload it to dropbox. Once in dropbox, our platform can extract the data, map it to the proper General Ledger accounts create the daily sales General Ledger transaction in your clients Quickbooks Desktop database.

For example, you have a dental clinic that uses dental software specific to that industry and you need to transfer the daily sales to your clients accounting software.
